I'm learning more about President Obama right now, and in particular what I'm wondering about is how our nation doing as we are in this recession. As I was reading in my Google Reader, a blog, "President Obama advises world to ignore scare tactics of President Obama", this blog caught my attention because of the second paragraph. The second describes how bad the economy is and how bad it can get.

"Because each day we wait to begin the work of turning our economy around, more people lose their jobs, their savings and their homes. And if nothing is done, this recession might linger for years. Our economy will lose 5 million more jobs. Unemployment will approach double digits. Our nation will sink deeper into a crisis that, at some point, we may not be able to reverse."

The quote I chose here basically saying that if the people and government don't work together in fixing the economy, it's going to get a lot worst to the point it won't be able to get fixed.

I think this quote is very true because as we all know the economy is something everybody fears, its self explanatory, One thing that caught my attention with this quote is we may not be able to turn the economy around, it caught my attention because I want to know it this really true, can it really get that worst.
