I'm learning more about personality right now, and in particular what I'm wondering about is: "How colors can identify people's personalities?" As I was reading in my Google Reader, this article caught my attention because its topic showed that four colors can signpost people's personality and his/her right job. It related to what I want to know about personality recently. And I want to know whether color can identify personality scientifically or just depends on something like horoscopes.

The quote I chose here is basically saying that people should know their personality well before choosing jobs.

I think this is strong because each job required some specific character attributes. I agreed with the writer because people should know themselves well and choose jobs which are suitable for them. If not, they won't work happily and can't do well at work. It makes me wonder because personality is complicated that I want to know how people identified personalities into colors. And I agreed with Peter Bolech, he said people's skills can be learned any time on the job, but personality, values and character remain very stable, and they are the main drivers of behaviour, on the job or elsewhere. That's why people need to know about their personalities.
