Health and fitness

How do we determine what is right and wrong?

Health and fitness is a haunting issue within our society today. Ever since the burgeoning of the united states of America, we have been plagued with a series of diseases that has rendered the human race tenable mentally and physically. There is obesity,cancer,aids,H1N1 etc etc. People die from diseases more then any other kind of inducement. I will later talk about how this relates to my ethical question but first let me just explain a little more about how i feel on this topic. First of all,you cant do anything if you are not alive right? I think everybody will agree with me on that one. We are either born with or raised with a whole bunch of aspirations and desires. Our goal is to reach some kind of illustrious omni-like place in society or in our lifetime for that matter. Now just like construction workers need tools to build a house, we need tools to reach those goals. The two major tools that we have are our mind and our body and when the mind is clear and adroit,we can attract the things we want. The mind and the body react only to the things around it because that is literally all there is. Even getting sick is a reaction or response to abhorrent stimuli. Now we all know that when anything negative happens on this planet to any living body, supererogatory action must be taken. We find someone who is skilled or exceedingly keen when it comes to dealing with the opposite of that particular negative event. Basically I am saying that When someone is sick, we find someone who can make them better, when someone has a "dis"-ease..then we find someone who can get them back to "ease". It is that facile but we make it so much more mundane when we put up all these impediments that get in the way of helping. Health care is a perfect example, lots of people cant access healthcare because of financial problems. This then brings up my question that i mentioned earlier and ties it into the medical field. Ethically, under what circumstances do you determine when to give out healthcare and when not to give healthcare. In other words, how do we determine what is right and wrong within the medical system?

We live THEN die, that,s how it works.

I will now opine on this whole issue. First of all, What is ethics? What is the very definition? Ethics is a type of philosophy that generally deals with what is right and wrong in every aspect of society. It is more involved in the judicial system. To be more specific, ethics talks about what truely determines what right and wrong is. This is when it becomes philosophical and highly intellectual in a sense. How does our mind justify actions and such. All over the world, you hear about people receiving unfair jail sentences and things of that nature. Speaking of which, ethics also ties into nature as well. The question that has been posed for centuries is " does ethics originate from our minds or does it come from nature?" In other words, is it objective or subjective? These are the general questions regarding ethics and justice. My belief is that ethics stems from our thoughts or it is objective. Let me explain why. In order for something good to be created, there has to be some kind of incentive or predetermined reason. The underlying reason for ethics in my opinion is the fear of mass mental and physical humanistic anarchy/chaos asphyxiating earth. This is what we are intimidated by!! We humans have the ability to think long term, without ethics....in the future or near future, there would be no control or order. Ethics is the matron of justice and justice is what keeps a restraint on the negative in our world and what balances good and evil. Equilibrium must exist in every aspect of society. Fear of chaos and instability is the threat or incentive for this matter. Our mind basically responds to what we see, hear etc. So anyways, there is plenty of garbage going on in our world(i.e crime) or externally so that induces the internal or the mind to create a bunch of responses. These responses have take the form of the constitution, the emancipation proclamation, the hippo. oath and so on. Therefore, ethics or rules that determine what is right and wrong have been determined FROM what IS right and wrong.

The medical thought

Now I will talk about some of my ethical thoughts involving medicine. I obviously believe that the democracy should benefit the most from health care because it really is about them. Without sick patients or people who are in NEED of the health-care, it would have no reason to exist. For something to be, there has to be a purpose and we are the ultimate purpose of health care. The goverment or the people who are in authorization of the management really do not think about simple statements like these. Why should we settle for second rate options when we are the ones that indirectly created healthcare. Now from a more ethical standpoint, I feel that right and wrong in the medical system is determined by the  general persona of the current generation or the total amount of people. Like I have said earlier, the mind is what is truly responsible for everything that we see around us so Lets say we round up all the doctors in America and somehow, we were to ask all of them what there take is on healthcare and from that, we could come up with a general opinion of a doctor in America when it comes to healthcare. Let,s pretend that he rejected universal healthcare and that he was totally abhorrent and self-absorbed in his medical views, that it is totally a financial scheme. All he want's is money and if the person does not have enough regardless of there malady,he wont help them. Now there needs to be some sort of ripple or some sort of pioneering change within this type of unjustified thinking. The only way for that to happen is to switch the focus on monetary issues to the focus on the actual condition of the patient. Money makes the world go around and it is extremely important that we have some in our pockets, i understand that but  we are the ones who actually spend the money so we all start dying off...there would be no use for it. The whole idea behind all of this is that we come first and nothing comes after us. We are the cause of our own anguish and demise.
