A Ruined Program

A recent topic in the sporting world that has been sweeping the news has been the fall of Penn State and Joe Paterno. The allegations against Sandusky, one of the assistant football coaches were shocking for all to hear. Sandusky had reportedly engaged in unlawful sexual behaviors with minors during a camp. This just makes me sick to my stomach because immediately after the allegations were proved to be true Joe Paterno, the head coach of Penn State was fired. Paterno had coached for 40 something glorious years and just because of this scandal his image and legacy are now ruined. To make matters worse he recently revealed that he also has cancer. I feel sorry for Joe Paterno because of this scandal.
