Save the Sea Turtles: Write a letter

Below is Sam's letter:

I am a 4th grade student at Center Street Elementary, and in my G.T. class, I have been studying the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill. It's so sad to hear about these poor people and animals who are dying because of the oil spill. It'll be so much better when all the oil is cleaned up. I would really like all of you to help save the sea turtles because they are so sweet, gentle, and harmless, and it's so sad to hear that they are dying, and I know that the poor little sea turtles that are oiled and are getting oiled didn't know to swim away from the oil. Another thing, my G.T. classmates and I are making movies about the oil spill on a site called voicesonthegulf.org. What makes these movies so interesting?  We have compared the oil spill numbers to everyday things. My name is Samantha Viator, and I want to change the world. Thank you!
