i just read ashort story, "An Incident," by Lu Hsun, and i hated it because how can you hate human being. you could only hate them when they did something wrong to you. maybe you had a miserable past that's why you are a misanthropic person.

one line from "An Incident" that stand out forme is: "perhaps he had not heard-for het sat down the shafts and gently helped the old woman to get up." this stood out for me because why woundn't you helped and old lady if you see her laying down on the ground with her body. if you know that she needs help you should be the first man to be gentle man and look if she is hurt or not.

another line that i hated was: "i had seen how slowly she fell, and was sure she could not be hurt." this stood out for me because if you know that she fell on a cold and icy gorund with her body off course she is hurt. only uncaring person would think like that. just like you you think that even though someone fell slowly that doen't mean that tehy are not hurt. what if a baby fell on the gorund alowly and she cried that means that she is hurt and needs help.

"An Incident" reminds me nothing that happened to me. it is because i am always being a gentleman that help and offer something to old people. i think being a gentleman is cool because you get to help them and you get to ofeer them good things like offering them seast in the busor the subway. or maybe you could help them by carrying what they are bringing that is hevay.

i would like to read more stories by Lu Hsun, because even though i hated this stories maybe he also wrote opposite story. just like other famous stories. if he wrote poems i would like to read it and comment about it.
