I created the Scratch animation Sick Passenger as my response to a project to create an interactive ethical story. An ethical story is a story in which the character has a choice of decision, and in the end, the outcome of the decision teaches you a lesson to do the right thing.

My story is about a pilot who encounters a difficult situation in which he needs to make a decision of saving a sick man's life, but loosing his job since he wasn't given permission to land the plane, or not save the man's life, but live with a sick feeling inside of him, which causes him to quit his job anyway.

My story was inspired by the thought of how difficult this situation would be. I thought about how difficult this decision would be to decide, so I thought it would've been a good dilemma to animate. I got my ideas by searching for a few ethical dilemmas online, I found a website, (http://www.globalethics.org/dilemmas/The-Dying-Passenger/63/ ) which gave me the story, and I used it for my project.

I think I was successful in creating my story because I fulfilled the requirements by organizing my ideas, like drawing a storyboard which helped me plan my thoughts, then just do it on Scratch.
