Snow Day?
Yesterday, March 9, Judge students got the closest they'll ever get to having a snow day.
There was no school across the Diocese for a teacher work day, and it just happened to be a day when a spring snowstorm pummeled the valley. Snow totals varied depending on area, some places (Northern Utah) receiving more than 18 inches.
Ski areas got dumped on: Brighton and Solitude accumulated 25 in, while Snowbird and Alta had between 18-22 in of the light, fluffy stuff. Car accidents were kept to a minimum: only a reported 20.
This storm is not the end; look for another big one on Sunday!
