steroids
Are steriods bad?
Steriods can cause liver problems and could increase your bain size which isn’t good. I heard that steriods work but they are illegal and will destroy your liver. This topic interests me because I want to get really big really fast and hard work isn’t working. I don’t know how to get it or who to ask. I don’t really know too much about it and what they do in your body except that basic things that happen. I want to learn about a better supplement to take that wont cause bloating or damage to my liver.
Anabolic steroids were first isolated, identified and synthesized in the 1930s, and are now used therapeutically in medicine for bone growth and appetite, induce male puberty, and treat chronic wasting conditions, such as cancer and AIDS. The American College of Sports Medicine acknowledges that AAS, in the presence of adequate diet, can contribute to increases in body weight, often as lean mass increases, and that the gains in muscular strength achieved through high-intensity exercise and proper diet can be additionally increased by the use of AAS in some people.
I do agree with what other people are saying on the web and I think that steriods aren’t the best choice for muscle gains. The information givin gave me a lot of insight about what I should do and how to do it. Steriods show good results but at a bad cost so I don’t think it would be worth it to do it especially at my age.

if you want to get big fast but dont want all of the fat that come with protien shakes you should try wheybolic protien. its legal for high school but the only downside is that its kind of expensive but not as expensive as steroids.
Although steroids can make
Although steroids can make someone become very brolic and muscular it also has some bad things that come with it. Steroids can cause liver problems as well as mood swings. Someone that died from this was wwe wrestler Chris Benoit took steroids and for years he was good until he took large amounts and then killed himself and his family from mood swings.
Some of my friends who are
Some of my friends who are very involved in weight lifting have started doing steroids in the hope of achieving more muscle. Steroids work but they still require you to work out and put effort into your lifting. No supplement will allow you to gain more muscle by not working out as much. Steroids will just provide nutrients for you muscles so you can lift harder, longer. This is what will allow you to gain so much muscle so fast. The problem is, "roid-rage" is not a made up side effect. I have seen, first hand, how steroids can make people react to situations that normally would not have made them overly upset.
There is a wide range of sports supplements on the market for people to purchase right now and steroids is the last one I would suggest to someone, even if they were legal. If you are looking to appear a lot stronger the supplement known as creatine is what I would recommend. Creatine is naturally found in your body and digested through food that you eat. When you are exercising your muscles burn something known as ATP which in turn allows you to explode into your lifts. Creatine increases the amount of ATP built up in your muscles so, just like with steroids, you can lift harder for longer. Also when you lift, the reason you get stronger is because your muscles tear apart and when they stitch back together they get bigger and harder to tear. What speeds up the recovery process is water. So creatine also provides water weight to your muscles so that they may recover from your intense activity at a faster rate.
The problem with creatine filling your muscles with water is that water can not be held at the same capacity in your muscles for a sustained amount of time without giving the appearance of muscle that does not actually exist. Eventually when you stopped taking the creatine the water would go away and you would look a lot weaker. Luckily this problem has been solved by people who lift weights and experiment with these supplements so we do not have to go through the same tests to see how the supplement works. What doctors have discovered is that you need to "cycle" your creatine doses. This means that on average you start out taking about four doses of creatine every day for the first ten days and then you reduce that amount to two doses a day for about a week and then for the next week you take only one dose right before or after you lift. This is just an average dosage and is not what I recommend for you.
Before you start using creatine you should speak to your doctor about how much you should be taking. He will ask basic questions about how much you weigh and work out and other simple things but is important that you answer him honestly. Your doctor will then recommend how much, and of which type of creatine you should be taking, the most common will be creatine monohydrate. If you do not listen to your doctor and take too much of your dosage it will cause liver problems when you are older, but so long as you stick to your regiment assigned by your doctor there is no reason to believe that you will be in harm of problems down the road.
Here are some web-sites with information about creatine. Best of luck to you!

Dear Dylan I enjoyed
Dear Dylan
I enjoyed reading your post about steroids because it's a topic that most people won't even discuss. One thing that I know about steroids is that it gets you the results you want. I saw this video about a guy that jiuced up on steroids so much that his arms were 28 inches wide. Since i don't know much about the other side effects i won't say it's bad, but like anything that let's you get results without working hard, you can't stop. what i would say though is not to encourage your use of drugs or anything, but HGH seems like a much safer alternative. it works slower but your body naturally produces it so it should be less damaging
i agree
Dear dviz990,
I enjoyed your post regarding Steroid because i felt it is something that needs to be spoken about in the U.S. Teh reason i belive this is because the effect that steroids have on the human body is digusting and horrific. Teenagers have started to use this preformance enhancing drug to up they're level of play in that specific sport.
One sentence that stood out to me was when you said "I heard that steriods work but they are illegal and will destroy your liver". The reason that the sentence stands out to me is because people still now all the effects of steroids but still use it. Its been prove that steroids hurt your growth and increase your change for sickness. At what cost, for more muscules and body power. I hope that the goverment could get this problem on steriods before its too late.
Thank you for your writing I hope to hear back from you. I also hope to see more po on these types of subjects from you.
