I agree with the jury becasue its up to the people wether or not they want to watch the video and its not youtube's fault even if it is illegal. If anything, youtube should take down whatever is illegal. Overall I enjoyed watching the video becasue it was entertaining.
I agree with this post but i think youtube is able to stop people from uploading illegal content at a faster rate they are doing now. But alot of people on youtube are looking at this illegal content so if they get rid of it they might lose alot of viewers.
I was part of this group =]. I researched some of the information that was used in this video and I also wrote my own speech. My role in this video was to be the judge of the trial between Youtube and the MPAA. I was also the camera person for the video.
your video reminds me of the cases we learned about in tech class. about how certain companies like youtube should keep better watch on what their users post on their site. Good job !
what i did in the video is act like the jury. as a juryer in the jury i had to decide the verdict for google. i did that because that is the jurors job in a trail. as a juror i said the verdict for youtube was innocent and drop all the charges.
My role in the actual video was the defendant, but besides that I did all of the editting and encoding to produce the final product. Making the video a hypothetical court case was my proposal. This court case made me rethink my standpoint on streaming video violatiing copyright laws. We chose streaming video because streaming video is a big part of everyones lives, YouTube videos are exchanged by students every day.

Karen, Jonothan, Richie, and Kushpreet,
I thought your video was very interesting and informative. I liked how you incorporated a jury into the whole video and YouTube. I felt that there should have been more eye contact. Otherwise, it was just fine. Great job!
