I liked this photo because it represented a different side of New York City that people usually identify it with (i.e. large skyscrapers, taxis, large avenues); this side being a more subtle, yet still nice viewpoint of this city.

good idea to get down at street level, it creates a stronger line from the lumber in the street and it emphasizes the puddle.
