As our first assignment for Ms. Etteheim's Digital Photography II class, we were required to choose 3-5 photos that we took over the summer and add them to a Flickr account. My most memorable trip this year was to Los Angeles, where I spent about a week sightseeing and attending as many attractions as I possibly could. In my opinion, the photos I've added to my Flickr account (linked below) capture the essence and spirit of Los Angeles, California better than any of the other pictures I took over that week. This is going to be the theme for the remainder of the semster - culture and community. Granted, the community of Los Angeles is a large one, and it's difficult to capture everything that the city embodies on one snapshot. However, whether I captured the entire area from the Santa Monica Mountains or took a quick image of Venice, I think that the most important aspects of L.A. are seen in the following images.

These are all REALLY good pictures!

I really love California, and I like how you show the lights at night and the palm trees!

My favorite picture is the one at Dodger Stadium (I love the Dodgers by the way) and you can see the palm trees in the  back.

Good job!
