a surprise rocket attack

In the city there was a late rocket attack on friday night and people are starting to hear a lot of noises. People were trying to be in a safe place and get to safety and make sure that are not hurt or injured. There were also people missing as well and also there were so many things that can be done to prevent this.

I am liking July's People by Nadine Gordimer because this book has a lot of tradegies and problems in it and people are just trying to solve it and everything and so many things are hitting the people hard. An example is on page 50 " Several missles fell on the city late Friday." I think this is important because so many lives were killed and no one could do anything to stop it at all.

Something interesting happens on page 54 where is says, " is it quiet there, no fighting?" This is important because so everywhere the people went they would see fighting? Why dont people just solve things with peace and stuff instead of violence. Why do people hate on each other and not love one anoyther for who they really are.

So far the plot July's People reminds me of something I saw in the news about the issue of 911. That day was really sad and a lot of people were killed on that day. On that day 2 planes crashed into the building setting up huge fires that people didnt even know it was going to come. Later on the building started to collapse into pieces.

I am looking foward to reading the rest of this book because there are so many problems and stuff going on and people are trying to slove iot and stuff. What probably is going to happen next is that July's friend is teaching him how to drive. Food bought the people back to life and people were communicating with others now and people started to require new skills.Everyone was really pleased.
