here is a presentation of ways to take a good portrait. i also learned when i took some portraits of my own that it helps when the person you are taking a picture of is willing to work with you.

When looking through your slide show I looked for something that I dont use in my portraits. I found it interesting that you used props because I never do. Also I agree that emotion is very important when capturing a portrait because you can capture many aspects of a persons personality. Keep up the good work!

When I was watching your slide show I found it interesting that you added the slides about props. I think that most people dont automatically think that when taking a portrait. It was a nice reminder, and will be useful in my portrait unit.
