Design Proposal #1: Save Nature!

Audience: This game is produced so that people can play as a traveler, going across a map and saving nature on the way. The number of players can be anywhere from 2-4 players, and it is for all ages and any knowledge level.
Type of Game: board game

Tools: Paper, scissors, markers, hard paper, ruler

Description of Game Space: Players shall move across a 40 tile space game to reach the end. Each space will be a square, a total of 40 square tiles.

Description of Components: Players will be moving around characters that will be saving the environment or messing up and having to go back and try again, dice will determine the spaces the character moves and special cards will either make you go back or go forward.

Description of Goal: The goal is to reach the end first and be victorious.

Description of Core Mechanics: Players moving across the board itself by rolling dice.

Description of Rules: Players must play in clockwise order, they all have one turn, and they can only roll once, unless being told so by a space on the game or on a card.

Game Elements: This game is targeted towards a friend of mine that likes the environment itself to be safe and clean for everyone. By creating a game that is specified around this specific target, I will make a game for their birthday that is a lot of fun and teaches many others how to save the environment, a little step at the time, which could mean stepping on an informational tile, that helps you learn how exactly to do this.

Update#1:

I am looking for a way to update my games difficulty. I am wondering if there is another aspect that I can be adding to my game, and I came up with a few ideas: putting points on the tiles, thus the game is move and gain/lose points, or maybe I would like to add a game where there can be an antagonist and a protagonist.

The update that I have provided here are a description on the core mechanics, because I have added a nature points and I have also updated the audience and the goal so that it fits better.

Michael, your updates are confusing, and some seem to repeat themselves. Can you clean this up? Also, the picture is missing.

The Image above is the first step towards my project. I have decided on 100 tiles, and I would like to make it look better aesthetically and fun, a lot of fun, by making the game visually interesting, adding colors that pertain to nature and even drawing a few images that also pertain to nature. This way, when the game is given to the Birthday Girl, she will be happy and entertained by the images as well as the game itself.

As I further advance my game, I have primarily been using the colors green, black, and brown, colors of the earth as God made it. I used squiggly lines to  symbolize vines, and the colors brown and green to show that as you further advance throughout the game, you get to the green, to the better part of earth. I added go forward/move back/skip turn in order to further advance the game play, but I took the idea of nature points out because it would be boring if someone won because they had more points, but they finished last.

I have decided to add a new aspect to the game! I have added the idea of fossils into the game, and have scatterred 10 fossils throughout the map. Grabbing 4 fossils, will ensure an automatic victory, but if you do anything against the environment itself, you lose one fossil , and it goes back to its respective place! If all players have passed the respective place, the fossil wears out and becomes useless, leaving one less fossil. I believe this will increase the games fun all around because it will be exciting to try to reach the end as well as grabbing fossils.
