Teens and Their Love Lives

We all need a companion and someone to love. Lets face it, the way parents are raising their teens may make them feel  neglected and in need of serious attention. However being in a relationship can  either go bad or good. Bad meaning “it wasn't meant to be so i think we should be apart”. And good meaning “we were meant to be and i cant live without you”. Being in a relationship can be difficult when you are a teenager. I don't know why we decide to make commitments at an early age but we do it anyways. Teens could barley take care of responsibilities but they put more burden on them selves by being committed to someone they barley know. And the worst part about it is, as teens our hormones go crazy making us tempted to do things we might or might not regret. This leads us to the wonderful topic of sex.

Girls always wonder why boys think about sex more than anything else in the world. But i honestly think girls think about it as much or more than boys. Teen boys and girls think equally about sex, its just that boys have no shame of showing how much they want it. Now there are many movies, magazines and products out there that may encourage or influence us even more. Despite or uncontrollable hormones the media has to take the blame too.

The new movies like Easy A and the Virginity hit is an example of what teenagers go through in their young “love lives”. The virginity hit is about 4 teens who documents a  boy’s journey towards loosing his virginity or as they describe on flickfilosopher.com “getting laid” which doesn't goes as plan....or does it?

On washintonpost.com this movie is giving a whopping one out of four stars!! The article “Losing it in a YouTube” world By Michael O'Sullivan quotes "The Virginity Hit" is a comedy that looks like a documentary but plays like a horror film -- to parents of teenagers. Easy A gets a 7.8 out of 10 on imdb.com . Directed by Will Gluck, Easy A is about a unpopular high school student who relies on the school's rumor of her faking to have sex  to improve her social life. The tag-line of this movie stated on imdb.com “Lets not and say we did”.

You know parents always say: been there done that, I know all the tricks. It may true but we have new tricks and done more than they’ve ever done.
