Turkey Day
November is here and Thanksgiving is upon us again. At last! A time to take pause, reflect and give thanks for the wonderful bounties and blessings bestowed upon our lives. This is a day to reunite with family, friends and saturated fat, to usher in the holiday season and the culmination of another year, now if only we could stay awake long enough to enjoy it.
Have you ever noticed after a big meal, (particularly one that features turkey) that you feel somewhat drowsy afterwards? I get this feeling after every large meal I have, so you can only imagine what things will be like on thanksgiving day. Regardless of wether I fall dead asleep after this large feast or not, I will be very thankful for my large family that will be spending the day with me. And I am truly grateful for living in this great land of opportunity. And last, but not least I am grateful for the fantastic turkey I shall celebrate with.

Dear nabill, I really enjoyed
Dear nabill,
I really enjoyed your post. I thought you really reflected on how you view the holiday of Thanks Giving. Its important to always take a pause and realize what you are grateful for. For me, thanks giving mostly is important because the whole family gets together. Thank you for writing and I hope to see what you write next. (:
