I'm an agent, and my work on Evoke over the past four weeks (weeks 4-7) has been interesting because there are many missions that we have to think about to solve that.

Enjoying

I have been enjoying the graphic story these last four weeks, because every mission has something new to do. Each week what I have noticed that each mission has something new. Like in the first mission there is Social Innovation. Second mission was food security. Third mission was Power Shift. Fourth is Water Crisis. Fifth is The Future of Money. Sixth is Empowering Women. Mission seventh is Urban Resilience.

Quote

My best quest over the past four weeks was the fourth one. This quest was interesting, because I wrote about this article that caught my attentio0n " women have come a long way since the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, but even today they earn roughly 23 percent less than men and make up only 3 percent of the Fortune 500 chief executives. It is, however, in the MENA region that the gap between the rights of men and those of women has been the most visible and severe."

My best mission in the past four weeks was Mission 6, URGENT EVOKE: Social Innovation.

which was about Violence and Women and I found this quote interesting. “I never tried to go to the police to complain about my husband's criminal acts, because he threatened to kill me if I did,” Nahla told IRIN. “And I never went to complain to any women’s rights organizations because I didn’t think they would be able to solve my problem - and I was also scared that my husband would find out.”People out are scared of what can happen to them. I feel that no matter what women should not be afraid of nothing. I don't like the fact that people are scared of other people.

The "learn" part of this mission is social innovators, we don't wait for someone else to change the world. We take direct action. We tackle the toughest problems. We create solutions that people can use. You may not think of yourself as a social innovator yet. Let's change that. We had to find out what it REALLY means to be a social innovator. Took a look at my blog post on Urgent evoke.

The “act” part was to remember food security isn't about a single meal. It's about long-term solutions. We had to think about help someone start a home garden, Volunteer at a local community garden, Invent a way to make it easier for people in your community to share the food they have with others, and Create a resource for local farmers. Again, please take a look at my blog post

For “imagine” we were asked to describe what we will do about the situation. We are celebrating your favorite holiday or a special event in the year 2020. Please take a look at my blog post. It has more information about that mission that I choose as my favorite mission.

In addition to putting work up on evoke, I have also been commenting on other agent's posts. Here are five examples of my comments.

  •  I was commenting on Shehrina's post. As you can see I put a link so you can see it.
  •  Also commented on Dominique Encarnacions post.
  •  Commented on Hannah post.
  •  Also Commented on Jose Ramirz.
