War School

Lately, activist groups bringing awareness to conflict in the Congo have been gaining momentum. Some of the more well known organizations include Invisible Children, Krochet Kids, and Fair Trade USA. All of these companies use kitschy commercials and heart warming mini-documentaries to bring consumers to the conclusion that they must do something to help this devastating cause.

A new spin on the issue that I came across recently was while I was perusing on vimeo.com and I saw this video titled "War School". Curious, I clicked on it, thinking that it would be some indie film about conflicts at school. I was in for a rude awakening. I don't want to give away the contents of this film, so I will discuss it further in my next post.

I hope that you find it as interesting as I did- it really hits home for a lot of people.

Warning: this video contains disturbing content and a little strong language. Just so you know.

This video is very crazy. I feel that the meaning of this video is very true . In different parts of the world like Africa there are many children as solders and no one is doing nothing about it. Its just so sad that little kids have no choice to become killers and they do so anyways.
