Was it a tornado
On September 16, 2010, there was a massive thunderstorm caused by 3 hurricanes hit the New York City making the city heavily damaged. People say it was a heavy storm that made the damage, others say it was a tornado. By technology and statistics, it was said to be a tornado, however by looking at certain videos on the site “youtube” it looked like a huge gust came and tore the place apart. Even with such great technology like the article on Bnet, its still difficult to notice.
“Robots are also subjects to the world's physical laws, they have mass and inertia, their moving parts encounter friction and hence produce heat, not two parts are precisely alike, measurements are corrupted by noise and parts break.”
This quote means that robots will one day help out humans however by the way they move it wont last that long. Thus it means that robots wont destroy the world, it also means that most of mans mysteries will be solved one day.

I just read the post
I just read the post of ‘Was it a tornado’ and I disagree with this person. That is because he was questioning the statement of whether it was or wasn’t and to me he took side of the, ‘No it wasn’t a tornado’ side. To me, this was a tornado because no normal gust of wind caused by a hurricane that’s a couple of states away could have caused that big of a mess.
One sentence that you wrote was that “However by looking at certain videos on the site ‘YouTube’..” i disagree with this the most of your whole post. The reason for that is because, the ones who posted on YouTube can be at a area that wasn’t affected heavily by the storm. YouTube is a site mostly for entertainment for and from people around the nation. The person who recorded the storm in their area might have been miles from the origin of the storm and so they get affected less.
“The quote means that robots will one day help out humans..” I don’t know how you jump from a storm to robots but robots are just a human made tool. Humans are not perfect and so the things they make are not perfect. These robot can turn out to be harmful against all of humanity instead of helping us out for a period of time. 1 glitch in the system or 1 virus in the can make the robot go haywire. This is similar to the computer where if there is enough viruses then a lot of random things starts popping up every time you access the Internet or just by turning n the computer.

I enjoyed your post "Was it a Tornado" because I was wondering the same thing that you were wondering as well. A lot of people thought that it was a tornado because nothing like this happened before. The other day in New York there were a heavy strong rain and stuff and then a gust of wind happened. I was really terrified because it did like a tornado. A big strong of wind blew down trees and damaged a lot of stuff as well.
One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: " People say it was a heavy storm that made the damage, other says it was a tornado." I think this is important because if it was a tornado, next time we have to do something in order to prevent it. Tornados cost a lot of damage and it is not just a heavy storm, I dont think so, it was way more. It was like a huge gust of rain that blew a lot of the stuff away.
Another sentence that I liked was: "however by looking at certain videos on the side "youtube" it looked like a huge gust came and tore the place apart." This stood out for me because a lot of people's place was torn apart. We need to prevent all these damages that are going on. To know that the world is safe and sound, we can prevent these tornadoes thing from happening and some people might think that it is going to happen again.
Your post reminds me of something that happened to me. It was raining really strong before and I knew that something wrong was going to happen because the winds were really strong as well. So my friends and I went into a restaruant so we were going to be safe because it was going to hit any second. We were really lucky because if we didn't go into the restauraunt we would have been in the huge storm.
