What Determines Whether School Is Considered "bad" or not?
Has anyone ever told you that a zone school had a bad reputation? Have they ever told you why? I started to wonder about this when I was in the 5th grade going to the 6th. Everyone was talking about what middle school they were going to. Two or three people from my school ended up not going to zone schools. I asked my mom why I couldn't go to the same schools as everyone else was going to, her answer was because it's “bad”.......... I know not the most elaborate answer but true. I then asked her why she told me because it was; too dangerous, too crowded, etc. I then wondered if these were the reasons why schools were considered “bad”. I never really gave this idea much research but I did find pictures, I found pictures of a school in Afghanistan. Even though it wasn't really a school it was tent. Usually when people thought about schools in Africa, Iraq, or Afghanistan if they even think about it, they don't think much about it.
I think that schools shouldn't have to undergo any circumstance that they cannot have a schoo building. Technically it is the governments responsibility to create and provide schools but yet there are kids going to school in a tent. Although I do know that sometimes the government is too busy doing something else maybe more important such fixing a natural disater or paying for a war. But a country's problem should not affect the children who live in it. Thekids and their education should be considered important as well because these kids are the future of that country soon enough they will be taking care of the country and the people within it. So I believe that the least that could be done for them is to have an actual grounded school created for them. A place where it is literally safe.
