What is going to happen now? Is his father in trouble?
Christopher, the main character in The Curious Incident and the dog in the night-time just really wants to know what is going to happen to his father right now, and when his mother founds out, Christopher thought that his mother was dead from an heart attack. The father shouldnt have caused all this trouble in the first place and he shouldnt have killed the dog anyways. Why did he even do it? He put himself in trouble.
I think The Curious Incident and the dog in the night-time, by Mark Haddon is interesting because so many things are going on and everything and his father put himself in getting arrested and Christopher doesnt want that to happen but it was his dad's fault for doing it. This book has a lot of scenes and stuff and the book is really interesting and it tells you what is going on and what is going to really happen. The book is so obvious.
A passage on page 155 that seems important is: "I had father and mother to tell me every morning exactly what we were going to do that day to make me feel better." I think this is productive because I think that it is more safer for Christopher if he knows what they are going to do because he doesnt want anything else to happen and also he is just scared something else bad might happen because something did the first time so he just wants to know what they are going to do before he does it.
A part that I disliked was: "...and this means that time is a mystery and not even a thing and no one has ever solved the puzzle of what time is exactly." This is an example of something important in this book. It shows that time really is a mystery and we don't know when time passes us by and by a split second so many things can happen. The time in life will always be a mystery that will never be solved at all and we will never know what time really is because we can never fit time exactly into a puzzle.
This section of The Curious Incident of the dog in the night-time reminds me of something I saw in Youth Voices. 12vargasd posted "when and how will I die."http://youthvoices.net/node/3308. I think his post was really interesting to read about. His post is also about mystery about how time is mystery. Time is not just a mystery, but also death. Death is a mystery people don't know. Death can occur at any moment and any time in a blink of an eye and you wont know when you are dead or not because it happens so fast. It is just a mystery we can never solve.
What's probably going to happen next is that his father and mother brings him to a place in a room fulled with so much people. He hates being a room full of peopel he doesnt even know at all. Christopher then remembers when one time he jumps out in a moving car from some mother and children. I think he is crazy. Then he meets up with the police officer and the police officer tells him that his father is at the police station. Christopher thinks that his dad got arrested.
I am looking forward to reading the rest of this book because now that Christopher knows that his dad is in the police station and everything I want to see what he is going to do. He is probably suggesting that his dad is probably arrested for killing the dog, Wellington. I think his dad got arrested to for what he did. I think Christopher doesnt really care because that is what the father did and everything and he couldnt believe that his father would do such a thing.
