What the Holidays Mean to Me

What does the holiday mean to me ? To me it means getting presents. I never really get into the holiday spirit as I don't really have an interest in it. It does get me excited however, but this is only because as I said before presents and the fact that we usually get no school on those days. It gives extra time (Free time) for me and I like it as in my opinion the weekends isn't enough.
Sure, my mom is religious and she wants me to be religious also, but I just don't feel it. I don't really like how I am usually forced to attend parties on thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter at church. Truth is, I don't really like going to church on Sundays so going on another day kinda annoys me as well.
