When Harry Meets the Hamptons Lit log

This is a lit log I did awhile ago. I haven't been posting my lit logs and they've bee accumulating. Originally this was a book I picked out for dear but I thought it would be fun to read it during English class. The book's title is called "When Harry Hit the Hampton" by Mara Goodman-davies.

I read up to page 40. so far and it's about a thirty year old bachelor who's kind of like a daddy's boy regardless of his age. He plays around a lot and finally, the dad cuts him off and sends him to a friend's house to calm down and lay low for the summer and learn to act like his age. The other two main characters are these two women who get's matched up with him by the cupid, who is Harry's old childhood friend, Chas.

Chas is going to take advantage of the two most independent and rich ladies of East Hampton and get rich off it. He sees this as an opportunity to abuse his power as a friend of the most richest guy on earth. And both of the ladies fall hard for Harry because they're both desperate for a husband. One is 31 and the other is 39.

Penny is a rich heiress that is 31 years old and overweight in the model world. Size thirteen is considered a hippo. She's smart and independent but has no self-confidence.
Milly is a independent lady of wall street who is scared from love.Her SO left her for another lady and ever since then, she's been cold and bitter.

I find Chas very sly. He manipulates people's feelings. He promised Penny that he'll hook her up with Harry but on the other hand, he goes to back up plan, plan b and promises he'll hooker her up with Harry  too. You can already smell the drama and affairs that's going to happen in this book.
