This article is about the benefits and downfalls of working out frequently. It goes into detail about the downfalls of working out too hard too often. The author interviews personal trainers and asks them about the topic. One trainer says that she sees a lot of trainers that teach classes with this problem because it is their job to work out and teach their clients. Another trainer says that he has dropped clients because they want him to push them too hard to point where it is unhealthy for them to workout. My blog was about working out and the benefits. This article enlightened me on the aspect of doing it too much. I knew that it was good to take recovery breaks, but what i didn’t know that if you don’t take breaks it can actually decrease your performance.
