This riddle has been around foir a long time, it has become world famous and ahs many answers to it. I first heard the riddle/joke when in 2nd grade and as friends kept using throughout the years i have wondered where did it all start?
“The exact origin is unknown, however the first appearance of the riddle was in 1847 The Knickerbocker”   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Why_did_the_chicken_cross_the_road%3F

I found this by searching ‘Why did the chicken cross the road? origin’ in the google search bar, it led me too many different sites, i chose this particular one because it was the first one that showed.

Struhs.... Hey buddy hows it going? I dont know why you care about why the chicken crossed the road, plenty of other animals are hit by cars. Why a chicken? Why isn't it why didn't the giraffe cross the road? I'll tell you why, giraffes arent retarded like chickens. They probably don't tase as good as chicken though. especially fried chicken. Whats with everybody going after black people loving fried chicken? Everybody loves fried chicken! Hell, if you dont like fried chicken there's something wrong with you!! Watermeallon in delicious too, you just jealous cuase we got grape drank and all you got is yo damn apple juice

Struhs, interesting question. I have wondered that myself but I think it’s just going to be one of those mysteries of life. We will never really know why that chicken decided to cross the road that day and if he actually made it. Anyway, I look forward to seeing what other questions you have because this one was quite interesting.

I like the work. Keep it up
