I have had an experience in which I wondered about this.  I was in Starbucks when I asked one of the baristas what are the requirements in order to apply for a job at Starbucks.  She told me that one of the requirements was that I needed to be sixteen in order to apply for the barista position over in that branch.

I also have many experiences with Job application, qualifications, and wonder do they ever look at the applications that are returned, or submitted. I too had applied for a position Star bucks but I was not promised a position in the cafe. You never know what exactly a job is looking for.

One thing we dont quite understand is why we need to apply for a job. We know that we need to have money for college and for our own personal use but another than that is there another way to make life work especially for people who are losing jobs, life is hard and people have to step over others to succeed.

"Economic liberalization will result in unemployment and wage inequality in developing countries."
from the original article of employment from wikipedia; This lead to the loss of job, so the solution should be found where as there are need for more workers. The countries and their competition is not going to help the common people about.

We think that people will be interested in this because todays world is competitive to the extreme in which if there are five jobs available, a million people will try to apply for those jobs.
To us, we just think that this is insane.  Todays world is so competitive, people are literally trampling on other people.
