 On the article "Linkin Park" on  wikipedia a section talks about their recent workings. It said that Chester Bennignton announced this last year about the new album, it was first due out in mid-2009, but recently Mike Shidona announced a delay and that it would be due out early 2010. But a song from their album called "New Divide" which has already been premiered, is going to be in the new Transformers movie.
