I am exploring focused imagery. The object I have decided to focus on is wine. I am interested in this because it has so many ways to explore it and so many ways to be presented.
In this photograph, I see a wine glass with red wine. What I like about his is that it's not bulls-eyed right on the wine glass. The picture frame is also a way to give it some sort of direction and border. My interpretation of this photograph is that. You can see that this picture has a focus on the wine glass, yet it is not completely direct.
It has been said that one photograph is worth a thousand words. This could be true about this photograph because the vague is also detailed in so many ways, meaning even though is simple and not too complex, it actually gives it a bigger variety of thought. It reflects my theme in that the wine glass and wine is representing what the person who sees it wants it to represent. For all the person that sees it cares, it could just be an average picture. To another, it could relate to his inner self and be very compelled by it.
One thing that I know about my theme is that it is very broad and open. Anyone can think of something from it, and reactions all differ. One thing that I wonder about my topic is how people interpret the picture and what they think at first. This makes me think of lots of ideas for my topic so I can try and make people think differently on the topic.
This photograph was taken by someone and was posted on to the daily greens website: Website
. In this photograph, I see a bine bottle pooring in wed wine into a glass. I know that the wine is going into the glass, but that's it. This gives it a vague picture. My interpretation of this photograph is that the wine is in movement.
This photograph relates to my photograph because they both generally have something to do with wine. As I look at this and other photographs, my next photographs will involve movement more than still objects. If I were to look up some information about my theme/topic, I would like to know more about how to take more detailed still like pictures within movement.
Since you are reading this post, I would like to ask you how you interpret this picture.
