The World Through An Artist's Eyes

  I remember ever since I was a little girl I loved to draw. I would always carry a sketch pad with me everywhere I went. It was like a part of me something that made me feel complete. Art was a way for me to express myself, to show people how I see things.
 When people see me they just look at the way I dress or my piercings and body modifications. I mean yeah I gauge my ears and yeah I have a few piercings. That doesn't make me some sort of freak. I think it makes me unique, not like everyone else.  I do not want to conform to societies idea of how you should dress, speak, and act.
  My art shows my style. It shows how I am different from everyone else. I love being different. I love being an artist. Art is what completes me, whether it's me playing the piano or me drawing. Whether it's me taking photos or painting a mural.

  I feel sometimes people don't understand me. I mean I look outside and I see so many things I would love to draw. I look at everything down to the last detail. How many petals a flower may have etc. I have a photographic memory so it's really easy for me to remember what I see in perfect detail. I think that might be another reason why I excel in drawing, painting, etc.
