I can not believe that in 2005 the state governments spent more than 373 billion dollars on tobacco, alcohol, and illegal drugs. Why is the government spending so much money on useless things like this, when they can be spending the money on helping the government and the economy become better. Instead of this they can be helping the poor people out there. Drugs are useless and it is just going to destroy the environment even more than helping it.
