Snow and moderate rain will continue through this afternoon across northern Utah, with heavy snow in the mountains, according to KUTV's Fresh Air Forecast. Travel in the higher elevations will be difficult. Central Utah will see rain showers in the valleys and snow in the higher elevations, and showers and a few thunderstorms are possible in the southern mountains.I'm pretty sure it's April. April is spring. Spring means sun and rain. Spring does not mean snow. So why the heck is it snowing in April? I woke up this morning (April 7) to find at least two inches of snow on my driveway. I was so excited I wouldn't have to shovel snow anymore, but nope. I guess not. I am so sick of the snow. If it would snow up in the mountains and at most, rain in the valley, it would be okay. Ugh, snow is no good.

I personally love endorphins. I get such a high when I work out and I love it. I guess it could be used to alleviate depression, but I think it would be much healthier and more natural is depressed people just went and excercised a little. Keywords: depression, endorphins

Have you ever been the one to set off an alarm attatched to one of the computers in the apple store? Ugh, total embarrasment, not to mention the noise of the alarm could probably rob you of your ability to hear for the rest of your life!
Thank goodness for holidays! and for the bishop haha. He gave us an extra day off school so Bartman said that we could have the thursday before easter/spring break off instead of just Friday. It's so nice not to have to get up at 6:45 in the morning for the next 5 days.
Most of my time is going to be soent looking for a job. So far I've applied to Target. I'm also going to apply to Office Depot, Payless, and any other places like that because there is NO WAY I'm going to be working at Smiths again. That was the worst month of my life, no joke.
Ok, going to finishe this sentence and sign out. Gotta go get my ears repierced at Claires. Woot woot!

And we really mean it. Study after study has confirmed that global warming is already occurring and that it is caused primarily by human activities. The only uncertainties are how soon and in what ways it will disrupt our existence. Stronger storms? Flooded coastlines? Harsher droughts? More disease? Not to mention that our waterways, food, and air are already polluted to unsound levels in many areas, affecting our health and quality of life every day. But there is still time to act, and our great-great-grandchildren will thank us for living more sustainably, starting now. Fortunately, many of the steps we can take can actually make our lives better as well.
10 Ways to Go Green and Save Green | Worldwatch Institute
1. Re-route your commute. Try walking or biking to close places that you need to go. Car pool whenever possible.
2.Buy used products. This is a great way to support recycling. You can find great products for great prices at used stores you just might have to look a little harder.
3.Buy Locally. Even though spending money at your local farmers market you can actually help reduced the amount of fossil fuels needed to transport goods.
4.Compost your food scraps.Composting helps reduce the amount of waste you send to the landfil.

Setting the thermasat a little lower in the winter and a little higher in the summer is good for the climate as well as your wallet. Also taking shorter showers can help save water, especially if you experience droughts in the summer

His name, SimMan, is weird, and he's not that good-looking. He suffers, at any given moment, from diabetes, renal failure, heart failure, infected wounds and every other imaginable health problem.
Newest addition to USU nursing program is one sick dummy - Salt Lake Tribune
He is a new member of the the nursing program and he helps the students there by acting when they do something wrong or right. He is a good development for the nursing program there, a good 55,000 dollars well spent.
SimMan is a simulated human, programmed by instructors to give students practice in a variety of health-care scenarios, giving them hands-on learning opportunities in a challenging, yet safe, environment. He talks, breathes and responds appropriately to correct - as well as incorrect - courses of treatment. He'll either "stabilize" or "crash" in his private room in the USU lab.

Conversation Starter #226 from Cosmopolitan
According to research, a cup of coffee won't ruin a nap; in fact, it will improve it. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes before you feel caffeine's effects, so if you imbibe it before a quick snooze, you'll wake up even more focused, thanks to the java boost
