How to register

Welcome!
We are glad to have teachers and their students join Youth Voices and begin sharing and discussing their digital work with our students. We want to make the registration process as easy as possible while also making it easy for the teachers/administrators of this site to keep track of who is posting here.

If you're a youth who would like to join our voices, please take a look at our most recent posts, then create a new account.
Teachers, you are also welcomed to register, join our community, then register your students.

Teachers
Once you have registered, we will bump you up to "teacher" or "maintainer" status, which will give you access to a registration from, Userplus. This will allow you to register 25 students at a time. When you register, please also shoot an email to Paul Allison allisonpr@gmail.com and Susan Ettenheim settenh@schools.nyc.gov , introducing yourself and requesting some help in getting your students registered.

Students
You may register yourself or your teacher can register you using Userplus. 
Please note: if you are registering yourself, we need to know the name of your school, and we'll need an email address of one of your teachers. You can send this information in an email to Paul Allison allisonpr@gmail.com and Susan Ettenheim settenh@schools.nyc.gov. As soon as we see your registration, we'll make you a "student" on the site, which will allow you to fill in the Profile Biography. Please do this.
