I wonder if sleeping too much increases your mortality.. Every time I sleep for 12 hours, I wake up all groggy and muggy. I wonder why is that? The weekends are for people who have busy weekdays, to make up for their sleep. It never came across my mind that sleeping too much would be harmful. And I never thought sleeping late would be harmful. I think if you sleep late, then you wake up late to make up for it. But after reading an article on CNN, I'm starting to change my mind.

When people sleep for long hours, "They'll wake up and be in this weird state of sleep drunkenness," "There's been at least two epidemiological studies to show that if people get less than five hours, or more than 10 hours of sleep, it increases their mortality," said Michael Breus. http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/10/30/oversleeping.health.effects/index.h...
Reading that line really surprised me. It never came across my mind that sleeping too much would be harmful. I didn't think sleep drunkenness was possible. But it's pretty interesting that people have these kind of..disorder?

"All Internet users should be aware their identities can be compromised, and "every user of the Web should be better educated," Rutberg said." --
