How many hours of sleep do you get every night? Why does it seem that some people seem to function perfectly well with just a few hours of sleep while others suffer so much when they miss only a couple hours of sleep? I tend to function fine without too many hours of sleep. What makes this difference among individuals? How does sleeping affect us?

There are a number of factors that might determine why every one of us requires different amount of sleep. It might be in the genes, or it can simply be in your lifestyle.

Ever wondered whether what you've been eating had an impact on your sleep? I found that there is a close relationship between diet and sleeping habits.

"According to Reuters, a Harvard Medical School study found that truckers who regularly got adequate sleep tended to consume more fruits and vegetables and fewer sugary drinks and snacks." http://www.drcutler.com/diet/study-sleep-affects-diet-19512330

In a study done on truckers and their sleeping/eating habits, it was found that the less amount of sugar they eat, the more sleep they had.

Is drinking apple cider vinegar healthy for you? Matter of fact, it is! It's great if you're on a diet and it's actually one of the best NATURAL home remedies. The effects that it brings with it sounds too good to be true but many people have already tested it and the remedy has been around for almost eight years. The only down side is that the smell and taste of it is most unpleasant, unappetizing and probably would be really unappealing. If you came across a AVC bottle in a vitamin store, you would see an amber colored water with crap floating inside. In reality, the "crap" floating inside of it is actually from crushing fresh organic apples, before being mixed with vinegar and put into the jar. It smells absolutely awful. But it's for a good cause.

This image relates to my question because in my question & answer, I wrote about how people may go on diets to lose weight or to get healthy and this picture portrays both. I think this because the apples relate to the dieting person, dieting because they want to get healthy. And the measuring tape, relates to a dieting person, dieting because they want to lose weight. Question I Picked:

Why do people go on diets?
