Dandy lion

Ok. I love this photo. Gorgeous :)

i very much like the positioning of this dandelion because you always hear that a good picture has the subject off to the side, rule of thirds, and the middle seems too posed and positioned, but i think the flower in the middle is perfect. The background of the trees being blurred a bit makes it feel closed in and comfortable. The sun, shaped like a star, gives the picture life, i love how it feels so warm. did you have a message that you wanted to convey with this picture? good job over all :)

I love how the sunlight illuminates the dandelion in your photo.

I took a similar photo of a dandelion in South Dakota this past summer.  I was trying to capture the sunrise in the dandelion.  I'll try to make a link to my photo .

Another great picture from you. I liked how you focused a bit on the flower more and the background was a bit blurry. The sun was taken at a great angle too.

It's pretty cool how you took it in your yard. If you didn't state that, I would have thought it was in a really beautiful forest.

Oh My God!  I love your picture! How did you get the picture to focus on the dandelion? Did you edit this  picture? What kind of camera did you use? I really like it! These should be prints! I would love to frame you picture!

I like your picture becaue it's awesome and interesting the way you did it yourself and it turned out to be better than expeceted. I love this picture becayse it shows nature at its fullest expression and it's good to know that people still care about because nowawadays you know there is alot going on in the world with nature and Global Warming, so I think it's good to see what we still have and appreciate it before it's gone. Thankz for posting this because first of all I loved it and second of all it's simply beautiful. ^.^

I like this picture so much because I think it took at a right time and place. The dandelion looks very attractive under the sunlight. Trees and the blue sky at the background which match the picture well.

Fantastic photo. Creative idea, taking the shot of the dandelion from below, and the shot was pulled off stunningly. The sun right 'above' the dandelion turned out great, and it gives the feeling that the dandelion is growing. The focus on the dandelion in the center is great, and the way the sun illuminated it was great as well.

This is a really amazing photo. I love how you took it yourself in your own backyard it just goes to show that nature everywhere is beautiful. The angle that you captured the dandelion from makes it look bigger and out of proportion. The sun came out looking like a star which makes the picture stand out even more. The blurriness of the trees in the background just makes you focus on the dandelion which is main focus. If this was a poster or a real picture I would buy it. It makes me wish summer was here already.

This is an amazing angle you took of the dandelion. With the sun shining, the dandelion looks so delicately innocent. I think I would like to try taking a picture focusing on a specific object while the background is a bit blurred like you did. Keep up the great work!

I found the angle that you chose to take this picture to be very interesting. From your angle, you were able to bring out its surroundings and the glaring light of the sun. But you were able to make the image focus on the dandelion and gives us a whole new perspective on the it.

I really love this picture a lot and this picture really caught my eyes. I like how you took it in your back yard and it just looks really beautiful. I think the sun was really cool as well as you said and the way you took the picture was really cool as well because the sun is a beautiful thing. Also the dandelion I think was really nice and something beautiful to pick up and look at. When I pick up a dandelion I always blow it and make a wish. The way their petals fly off and everything, I think it is really something that everyone should look at. I really love this picture and I am going to save it because it reminds me of good times.

This picture gave me a real sense of hope and serenity. I greatly enjoy the way that the trees in the background seemingly frame the dandelion. I like how the light blue is set off by the darker green of the trees.

It's awesome that you took this in your backyard. this looks like a picture that would be in like a discovery channel commercial or something. In case you didn't notice, I really like it.

There is very little to say that has not already been said. The least I could do is augment and reaffirm what others have stated. It is a marvelous photograph that displays great attention to detail and a good eye for composition. You used light in this photograph skillfully and that is showed by the dandelion. Each little hair is highlighted by the light and stands out giving it a fuzzy line around where the dandelion. This picture has been taken and posted at a good time since it gives the feeling that winter is really over, and spring is resuming, meaning warm weather and an end to negative temperatures.

Wow, this is an awesome picture. I like how the tree line circles the the sun and really makes the sun stick out. Also there is a good contrast of the dark tree line and the light blue sky. There is also a sense of innocents in the dandelion. Great work!

I like your picture of the dandelion. I like it because even though dandelions are weeds, they are sometimes pretty and fun to pick from the ground. I always pick dandelions from my back yard or front yard and when I blow them I make a wish. :]. I like your picture how the flower looks really big and it captures the sunlight and you can see the sky and trees around it. It really puts you in a good mood.  Pretty picture! I love flowers but this Dandylion  is soo pretty! It looks so shiny in the sun!   I can imagine it right in front of me! It has a perfect camera angle.

I like the picture, it's so different.  How the sun ended up looking like a star and the sky is so blue.  It looks so magical. I'm surprise that you found such a picture in your backyard.
