I <am / am not> <verb ending with "-ing" that shows emotion> <Title>, by <Author's First and Last Name> because <Finish this sentence.> An example of what I mean is on page < ___ >.  "<Copy a couple of lines or a paragraph from the book.>" I think this is <adjective> because... <Add 1 or 2 sentences>

So far, the <plot / characters / themes> in <Title> reminds me the story in another book. In <Title of another work of literature> <Add 3 or 4 sentences describing what is similar and what is different between your current book and the one it reminds you of.>

I <am / am not> looking forward to reading the rest of this book because <Add 2 or 3 sentences explaining why you feel this way.> What's probably going to happen next is <Make predictions about what will happen next to one or more of the characters in your book>

Recentally I've been reading " The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. Here are some of y favorite quotes from the book that also describe whats happening in the book:   “It was quite fitting that the entire town was asleep when the dream carrier was born.” Page 328 – t he dream carrier is like the person Death because no one sees him and he is hardly notice.   “He was the second snowman to be melting away before her eyes, only this one was different.  It was a paradox.  The colder he became, the more he melted.” Page 316 – the two snowmen that melted before Liesel’s eyes are most likely to be her brotherthat died on the way to her foster’s parents during winter and Max the half Jewish man hiding in the cold basement during winter.   “They say that war is death’s best friend, but I must offer you a different point of view on that one.  To me, war is like the new boss who expects the impossible.  He stands over our shoulder repeating one thing, incessantly: “Get it done, get it done.”  So you work harder.  You get the job done.  The boss, however, does not thank you.  He asks for more.” Page 309   “That would be like a lamb handing a knife to the butcher”. Page 221 – that would be like Max going straight to a German Nazi or Hitler saying he was a Jew.
