I'm learning about love, as i was reading in my google reader, this news caught my attention because the in the world that the child is living in right now wasn't great. They couldn't do anything like we can today. This spark my interested because its really interesting. It gave facts and detail of whats going on. It also fit with the title, "Modern Love".
The quote i chose here is basically saying that the child doesn't have any freedom because of whats going on in their country. She can't do anything just because she's a girl.
I think thsi is strong because i disagree of whats happening. It makes me wonder how come the world from before would be so curl. I'm glad it had change and made the world better today.
I respected my mother. Like any immigrant child, I knew my parents had sacrificed and worked hard for our material possessions. I was told of a land where women had to cover themselves, where they couldn’t play soccer, where there were no Girl Scouts.
