I was interested in the origination of engagement rings and how it has changed over time. So then I decided to learn more about the De Beers Advertising Campaign for diamond engagement ring.Something I knew about my subject was nothing. Well, actually, I knew that engagement rings were a sign of your husband’s to be wealthiness and place set on the social class system. Through my research I hope to find out why are diamond rings so rare and valuable and how do diamond rings seal a marriage? The De Beers Advertisement Campaign has increased the materialistic value of money.

Winston Churchill once said, “Pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” In other words this quote is saying a person who is a doubter or disbeliever only looks at the negative is a certain situation while a positive thinker/dreamer/idealist recognizes the negatives and know the positives exceeds the negative because the bigger picture is more rewarding. In my life I can be a mix of a pessimistic and an optimistic person. It depends how I’m feeling on such given day.

Lately, the issue has caught my eye again.

Where do dreams come from?

Something that I have been interested in learning more about has been dreams. I remember my friend talking about it after school, but we didn’t find an a exact answer since we were on the bus going home. Lately, the issue has caught my eye again. I know that many people feel that dreams are strange and uncontrollable. From what I have heard, dreams begin from feelings and thoughts that you have inside your mind that you haven’t fulfilled. For example, I heard that if you really like someone that you will dream up situations with that person.
