Janie did not make the right decision in chapter 4 because she does not love Logan. She thought that she will eventually gain love for him but she didn’t. Her nanny gave her some advice and told her to marry Logan and even prayed for her buy in the end it did not work out. I, personally wouldn't have done the same thing as Janie did.
