On December 3rd my principal wrote a memo. She said "Some of the disturbing behaviors that I have encountered include: Bullying. That makes me feel unsafe and a little scared but there can be a way that my school can deal with it. Most kids that get bullied are scared to stand up for themselves and say stop doing that or they are afraid to tell a teacher. We could create a program for those people in which they sit with someone who can talk to them about how their life is going on in school so far and to try to make them open up and express their feelings and make them more stronger mentally, or in easier terms we could get some school psychologists like students who would be willing to help those unfortunate people and try to help them solve their problem. Also everything would be purely confidential between the student and the psychologist because some students would be afraid that the psychologists will tell the problems to the teachers which should not be the psychologists job it should be the students job. I believe he should open up when he is ready to. Anyway I think this is a really good way to approach this problem.
