I read the first 79 pages of the book
I found the following quote interesting:
"Let us strike the key-note again, before pursuing the tune."
In the text, I noticed the unique way the book was written. Instead of starting the chapter on a new page, the start started right after the end of the previous chapter. By doing this, it allowed the book to flow without pauses. The way the book is written also make you want to continue reading. Each chapter is like a new short story. Something new is learned every time.
I read the first 28 pages of the book

This book Things Get Hectic is very similar to a book that I've read in the past which I really enjoyed reading. The name of the book is called, “Freedom Writers”. As you may know these two books are about teens growing up in the ghetto, having to deal with drugs guns and gangs. I am still reading Things Get Hectic and I'm enjoying it a lot i hope these kids really end up doing good just like the kids in Freedom Writers did hopefully it's not too late.
The Japan earthquake was a terriable event. It had a magnitude of 8.9 and caused and tsunami to follow it. The earthquake had many people hurt and missing and the tsunami killed many more people as it swept towns away. The earthquake also had over 50 aftershocks and many of them were at least had a magnitude of 6.I think that what happened in Japan is tragic because many people have lost their homes and even their life's.
