Before I took this photograph, I was trying to think what it means to be Thankful and how I could portray this in a picture. I decided to make my picture very simple but with two hands grasping together. I feel that the picture is more significant with just the hands in the image because it makes one think about what is in the picture and what it means to them.
In many of the sites there was a decent variety of pictures and in some only two or three images would show up when I searched running. I have taken the most pictures of running because it is an activity that I am involved in so I figured I would search for those images. Two of the sites that I searched had really good images and really good variety but there was two that did not pr
I think that the diagonals in this photo are strong enough to make it a good picture. If you haven’t already noticed, this is only a bell tipped to the left a bit. When I took this photo, I tried to position the camera so I could fit in as many strong diagonals as I could. What I like about this picture is how it gives the viewer a sense of mystery. It shows the where the car has gone but doesn’t reveal where the car is going. I like how the leading line of the road disappearing into the background is in the center of the picture. This draws the viewers eye into the picture.
What I like about this picture is the unique perspective and focus. Because it is a picture of a mirror revealing the reflection of the sky in the car window, it is interesting to look at because there is more than one reflection in the picture. I like how a shallow depth of field is used and the entire mirror can't be seen.
What I like the most about this picture is the contrast between the smooth water and the rough ground. I also think the focus makes the picture unique. I like how even though the subject of the picture is the puddle and the trees reflected within it, it is not the object in focus. I used a shallow depth of feild to have the reflection be slightly out of focus.
This picture represents background included very well. With the fence in the foreground the tennis courts are the background. The fact that the tennis courts are focused really enhances the picture. The last thing that really completes the picture is that the fence is blocking some of the background. This makes the picture more interesting.
This is a picture that I took during my Digital Photography class. The caption of this picture attracted me in some ways, I think it can represent the life in New York City and the buildings in it. I only cropped it so that we can look closer at at the building and also the street sign.
