I remember being young. Not a care in the world. Now, I have to care about every move I make. It’s like even when I do one little thing; Its all wrong. Everything now is so hard, but its worth it. I believe that life can be good and bad, and here’s why.
It seems that math is harder than anything else. As if it’s trying to drag me down. It’s like when I’m almost out of the scary darkness; life pushes me back in. Life can be so rough.
There are a lot of different types of peer pressure. There can be a positive or negative effect on peer pressure as well. People can pressure someone to make good choices, like be nice with people, be respectful, not cut class. But as there are good influences there are bad influences that can be stronger and are harder to said no to it. Like smoke and do drugs beacuse the cool people do it, and you want to fit in on that group. So it is important to hang out with poeple who has the same values as you, they can support you when you dont wanna do somethig that you feel pressure about.
My argument is yes students should have uniforms because people get inscure and jealous of others if you wear uniforms. But, my opponent would have probably said" We should not have school uniforms because it's annoying to wear the same thing everyday for 8-9 hours on weekdays.
The author explains the pros and cons of students wearing uniforms. When we consider the issue of school uniforms, some might wonder should students wear school uniforms?
I am reviewing Pokemon black and white the Vido game. This game is appealing to me although they are running out of ideas for Pokemon. Trubish the trash bag Pokemon was defiantly not a good idea. Trubish isn't Verry helpfull so I didn't catch one. In the beginning you chose a starter then Bianca chooses the one that's week to it, wile cheren chooses the one stronger than it, with cheet codes you can catch them but only ay the beginning.
In Ron Dudley's opinion piece, "Organics Will Never Feed Everybody", from the Wall Street Journal, the author en lights the problems with organic food farming and retail. How Does Advertisment for cosmetics affect People? You can see advertisement in different places. Billboards, magazines, tv shows/ commercials Etc. I did a research project a few months ago on the pros and cons of cosmetics, and i learned that both men and women Buy things that they use on a daily or even things they feel they need just for the moment mainly because of the advertisements. But this month i've read some articles and watched some videos and they also helped me figure out how the advertisements effect the buyer and how convincing they are as well.
Texting can be a very bad thing. Like when people are at the movies and all you here is the tap of the keys on the phones keyboard. Texting can also be a good thing. You can communicate with people all over the world. Unlike calling, you can text multiple people at once. Texting is a good and bad thing because it can be very annoying but can also be very helpful.
Aren't you just fond of that foul reeking smell of students? I myself am not. The aroma that is full of the bad odor is intoxicating. The scent is a disturbance to the brain, and breaks focus and concentration within the mind. The outlook of the rotting teeth is a sickening view for the eyes. Their unpleasant scent drowns my nose. The supposed to be a learning experience class room turn into a prison chamber. We are the the prisoners, and the unpleasant smelling students are the guards.
Something that I have been interested in learning more about has been cops. I remember one of my friends talking about it last week but I had to leave. Lately this issue has caught my eye again. I know that may people feel that cops are good people but not all of them are. From what I have heard some cops think they can do whatever they want just because they have guns or a badge. Now that's just what I’ve heard, it may or may not be true.
Ocean acidification is a rising problem on Earth. It is a term used to decribe the rising acidity in the oceans. 1/3 of the carbon dioxide we edmit from burning ficil fuels is absorbed by the oceans. This equals to 1 million tones every day. When the carbon dioxide disolves into the sea water, the H2O and CO2 molecules combine forming carbonic acid (H2CO3). This changing chemistry is causing our oceans to become more acidic. Over the past 200 years the acidity has risen by 30%. The pH of the oceans has droped by 0.1 pH units (from 8.2-8.1).
When I was young, I used to throw eggs at driving cars with my friends. One time, we threw an egg at a car and it stopped. When my friends saw this, we all took off laughing hysterically. It was about 1 in the morning so it was completely dark. My friends and I been living around the are for years so we know everything and anything about the hiding spots and where to run. Anyways, we watched the guy walk around as we sat quietly, slightly laughing. Eventually the guy went home and we got up and continued to throw egs again at cars.
A good memory that I had this year in BSGE is when I got 6's in all of my subjects when progress reports came in. I was very happy. I couldn't contain myself. I thought i wasn't going to be able to to keep it cool. This has definatly been one of my favorite grades in school. Another good memory is when I had myt music concert. I definatly worked very hard when parcticing for the concert. My role was very important so I had to make sure i was good. And I was.
Japans earthquake caused radiation levels in the sea to go 6500 times the legal level. This causes a lot of trouble because it ruins water supply, and food. The seafood is ruined because the fish in the water get the radiation. Also the people in Japan use water from the sea. This will take about a year to clean up and much damage can be done to the people and the economy in that time. I think this is the biggest trouble the earthquake had caused. How can Japan be saved? Can we help?
This politcal ad for Agriculture Commisioner of Alabama uses a lot of intimidation factors. For one, the man running, Dale Peterson seems to be yelling throughout the entire commercial. He also puts emphasis on some of his words, such as "They don't give a RIPP about Alabama." and "Who would vote for such a DUMMY?" This man is angry, and his anger can intimidate some voters and make them scared of what might happen if they don't put him in charge, so they vote for him.
I found this ad simply by browsing YouTube for bad political ads.
Coffee and other popular caffeinated beverages seem to be some of the most studied beverages for their affects on consumers. Recently there has been an interesting test to how they might cause hallucinations.
People do drugs all over around the world. People just cant stop doing drugs. Once you start doing drugs, it is hard to quit because you are already addicted to drugs and you need to do it to survive. Drugs damage your body and it can kill you. Why are people harming themselves? Why dont they people save themselves instead?
What is failing to me? Failing to me is when I am unsuccessful at my goals. Failing isn't one of the best things but when I fail it motivates me to do better a next time. The thing I don't like about failing is that it makes you feel like you have so much more to do to accomplish something.
