This week I was able to find a scholarly article through the Academic Search Premiere from the NYPL website which originally written in the Men's Health magazine. It is a series of articles from the world's top experts, and this first part is about building the ultimate chest.
Today I read a really good and useful article which was all about learning how to bulk and gain muscle mass for beginners. The author gave 5 main tips which he calls "secrets" to gaining weight and muscle. The first secret that he stated was to break down larger goals into smaller chunks. instead of setting very large goals over long series of months, make short goals and work hard towards meeting them. The second secret which he stated was to make sure to change the workout routine approximately about 21 days in order to ensure that the muscles don't get adapted to it.
