With Teton Science School quickly approaching, I have had questions about the trip and exactly what I'm getting myself into. So, I ventured on to the website and found some valuable information. Teton is an educational program which strives to educate the participants about the local environment and issues facing our planet. To me, what makes the program so appealing is the hands on experience I am going to have. It's not the usually biology class! Also, I am not crammed in a stuffy classroom, I will be collecting my research from the wilderness and the open air.
