I chose this image for my "Warhol Me" project because I wanted to portray my different characteristics through color and design. First, I decided that I wanted to keep some aspects of my original picture on my new picture. The things I chose to leave the same were my necklace and the scarf I was wearing. I decided to leave the necklace unedited because I wanted the necklace to "pop out" or stand out in contrast to the other colors featured, as well as the scarf. I wanted to seamlessly incorporate the scarf and necklace into the new and edited picture.
This was originally a photo of a subway that i photoshopped. i used the technique that was introduced by Andy Warhol. i really liked this activity, even though it was frustrating, because in the end, the photo came out looking like a cartoon.
This is the Photo I chose for my "Warhol Me" assignment. There are various reasons why I chose this photo. Some of these reasons are the way the the objects in the picture changed after I added the different colors. Another reason I chose this photo is because to me it looks like a bunch of objects piled together. This photo gives me a sense of imagination because when I look close i feel like I can see mountains coming out of it.
This is the Warhol me. I used photoshop to do the crazy effects. I decided to use bright colors because I wanted to bring out certain parts of myself. I dimmed the background to make it less noticable. I colored the horse on the Catcher int he Rye book to be more abstract
