The columns of bricks really show that they are getting farther away, or that they are going off into the distance. This is called leading lines. Leading lines is where there is a vanishing points that all lines go to. This makes it shows that they are getting farther away. The unique angle gives a perspective that is not normally shown. That gives the picture a cool feel to it.

This picture is considered showing leading lines. The lines of the wood all point to the cloud in the sky. This picture was chosen because it’s unique angle, color, and overall composition. The angle helps show the lines point to the cloud. Also, the leading lines lead to the focal point of the photograph (the cloud).
