Ever since I was very young, I have enjoyed creating things with my hands, then showing and selling them to others. I have also enjoyed seeking out odd jobs that I can do for neighbors and friends. While I no longer sell my creations and have found an actual job, I recognize that the pleasure I took in marketing my creations and convincing others of my expertise are characteristics that relate to my academic life. I perform best when I can demonstrate my knowledge with project-based assignments, especially when an oral presentation is involved such as power point presentations.
