The Second Amendment states that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." But to what extent is this Amendment true? I see this law as a right for people to go out and willingly fire at anyone who they feel as though are threatening or hurting them. Maybe if they came up with a list of situations in which it is alright to fire, then, this law would have meaning to it. But, even then, there are flaws; like the different views of situations; situations that seem threatening to one person, and not to the other person. What are we to do at that point?
